Parcel will be prepared between 1 or 2 working days and Your parcel will be received in between 7 days, but it’s only estimated time frame and it depends on third-party shipment providers process.
We endeavour to deliver within the stipulated time frame of any order but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates and we would update you accordingly if we could reasonably foresee that we are unable to meet our estimated delivery date.
Upon delivery of the product, you may be required to sign for the delivery. You agree to inspect the product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for the delivery. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered product as a reference in case of future communication with us.
In no event will Sirnasin or its third-party shipment providers be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural disasters, inclement weather, governmental acts, or any other situations beyond their reasonable control.
This Shipping and Delivery Policy is subject to change without notice. The version of this Shipping and Delivery Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will govern your purchase.
Return and Refund Policy
All eligible items must be exchanged accompanied with original receipt and tag. The items also must be in the same conditions and unused. There must be no visible stains, hairs or odour on the items. We will issue an exchange the items for a defect and different size preferred only. Please note that we do not offer any exchange of sales items.
You will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products if the product is out of stock or product received is not in a good condition. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods. If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for online orders) will be refunded to you using the original payment method.
How to return our items?
Returning an items in store
You may return the items and unused purchased at Sirnasin Store within seven (7) days of purchased. The original receipt and product in good condition are required for the store in order to process your return.
Returning an items by post
To return an item by post, you need to ensure to include the reasons for requesting an exchange. For exchange, please also specify the size and colour of the replacements items and notify it by email to us.
To protect your return from damage during delivery, please use strong external packaging and send your completed item to;

For all returns that related to a change of mind, postage cost must be paid by the returnee and will not be refund. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp/message when we process and send your return items. Please allowed us to proceed your returning items for at least two (2) weeks from the
date that we received the items.
