1. How do I know my order status?

- We will notified you by email for any updates regarding your order

 

2. How to keep track my parcel delivery?

- Parcel will be prepared 1-2 days after we have received your order confirmation. Standard rate by courier service including service charges applied and may be varied according to your parcel weight and delivery location.

 

- Tracking number through e-mail will be posted once the item have been shipped out from our warehouse. The delivery time may took up to 7 days depending on your location.

 

3. If there is a defect on my item, how do I proceed?

- You can return the item by referring to our Return Policy and follow the steps mentioned there.



4. How do I use coupon and voucher?

- We will provide you with the code if there is any reward to member and promotion time. You may insert the code during check out.
