EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
All special deals and promotion items are not eligible for exchange or return.
Kindly note that exchange and return only valid for the defect from our side such as torn, wrong color, size and not due to the change of mind.
If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us first on customer service line for confirmation.
Before delivery, make sure there is a receipt attached stating your reason in the parcel. The items must be returned in original condition, same as arrived without alteration.
However, exchanges are subject to availability of items within 14 days after purchase.
The steps for exchange are as follows:
1. Check your receipt, make sure it is still within 14 days after date of purchase.
2. Contact our customer service line (012-840 4200) stating the item problem.
3. Make sure you do not do any alteration to the item and still have the labels attached.
4. Deliver the item back to us either by postage (cost are bear by customer) or walk in to our official store with receipt.
5. We will replaced your item and provide a new tracking number once item have been posted out.
